2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one registered account on the dg54 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Users are responsible for updating personal details if any changes occur.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. dg54 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify dg54 support immediately to prevent further issues.
Identity Verification
Dg54 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid ID documents such as identity card or passport. This is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure the safety of all users. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a dg54 platform user, you agree to comply with all the stated terms of use. You are prohibited from:
- Using software or automated systems (bots, scripts, or third-party programs) to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission from dg54.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or exploiting system weaknesses for unlawful gain.

- Disseminating false information, disturbing other users, or damaging the reputation of the dg54 platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure without prior notice. dg54 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who breaches these rules. All transactions suspected of fraud will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the dg54 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits, bets, and withdrawals are all processed in MYR. Users are responsible for any foreign currency exchange fees if transactions involve currencies outside Malaysia.
Deposit & Withdrawal Methods
The dg54 platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set in your account panel. Withdrawals will be made to a bank account matching the account holder’s registered dg54 name. Any attempts to withdraw to third-party accounts will be rejected and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Processing Time
Deposits made via FPX and DuitNow are usually credited almost instantly. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe depending on the selected method and internal verification procedures. dg54 reserves the right to delay any transaction requiring additional review based on security protocols updated from time to time.
Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions, bonuses, and reward credits are subject to their respective terms and conditions detailed on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements, bonus withdrawal limits, and validity periods form part of the binding promotional agreement. dg54 reserves the right to revoke any bonus if confirmed misuse or abuse is detected through internal investigation.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from dg54. Violations of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action.

6. Account Policy, Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Dg54 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud or suspected illegal activity, failure to verify identity, or at the user’s request. In cases of account closure due to violations, dg54 may withhold remaining balances pending investigation and management decision. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are prohibited from registering again under the same or different information.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts can contact dg54 support. Withdrawal of balances is subject to the terms and procedures at account closure, and any pending unsettled bets will be resolved based on the actual game results before balance calculation.
Amendments to Terms
